Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Astroblooms is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
*How do I check the status of my order?*
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please email contact@astroblooms.com with your order ID, and we will send a replacement item. If you haven’t received your order within 5-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@astroblooms.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Shipping services to P.O. boxes are available.
*Exchanges*
Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if you purchase our products. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable software products.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Refunds*
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
*Late or Missing Refunds*
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@astroblooms.com.
*Sale Items*
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
*Exchanges and Replacements*
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or never received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@astroblooms.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
